Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pushpak Cabs, we strive to provide seamless and reliable cab rental services. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking subject to the following conditions:
a. Cancellation by Customer
- Before 24 Hours of Pickup Time: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).
- Within 24 Hours of Pickup Time: 50% cancellation charge applies.
- Within 6 Hours of Pickup Time: No refund will be provided.
- No Show: If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.
b. Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Vehicle unavailability
- Driver unavailability
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, emergencies)
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking at no additional cost.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Transaction fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Modifications to bookings (such as change of date or time) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the pickup time.
