3. Booking & Payment

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Customers can cancel bookings as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must follow traffic laws and maintain decorum while using our service.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be chargeable.
• Customers must not carry illegal substances or engage in unlawful activities.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• The Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We do not guarantee the availability of specific vehicles or drivers.
• The Company is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings during the ride.

7. Driver Conduct & Responsibilities

• Our drivers are trained and follow safety guidelines.
• In case of any issues with the driver, customers must report the matter to customer support.

8. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for users violating our policies or engaging in fraudulent activities.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
